So I’m about to shoot for the third (and hopefully last) time.
I’ve come to realize I’m not exactly thrilled with the idea of destroying more flowers. However, after shooting the last bunch I decided to start pressing them onto paper using the weight of magazines. By the time hand-in rolls around I will be able to frame my flowers physically. The only difference is, time would have made them look a bit rough. This is perfect though as I think it also adds to the ‘data’ concept.
To push my project even further, Rachael had a brill idea of creating a stop motion video by using the flowers to develop patterns.
